Team Unmarx First Annual 5K Race for the Cure

18 May

Every year thousands of people gather in downtown Detroit for their annual Susan G Komen Race for the Cure. The race features a 5K run, a 5K walk and a one-mile walk. Attendees gather near the Detroit Tigers’ ballpark before and after the race in a sea of pink to support breast cancer awareness.

The Komen race honors those who have fought breast cancer as well as their families and friends. We here at Unmarx support this event every year and run the 5K. We run in honor of our mother, Velika, who passed away from breast cancer in 2007.

We promise to continue to support the fight against breast cancer every day. Join us in that promise today. While wiping away clothing marks , we can help wipe away cancer, one purchase at a time!
